All orders are shipped in plain and unmarked packaging. No where on the exterior's packaging does our logo or company name appear. There is absolutely no way for anyone to know what is inside your package...

Orders received Monday thru Friday before 4:00 PM EST will normally be shipped on the same business day. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders are normally shipped from our shipping hub located in the state of New York. Normal S&H orders (this does not include non-usa and overnight) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which is a 2-3 business day service from the date your order is actually shipped.

Any order with a different billing/shipping address, with a suite or apt#, or at our discretion will be shipped 'signature required'.

Overnight orders will be shipped same business day if the order is placed before 4:00 PM EST. Overnight delivery is available at checkout and is guaranteed to arrive next business day to most zip codes (in the USA).

 We successfully ship to over 150 countries everyday. On the customs form, we state 'Personal Care Product' Gift- Value $35 USD. This way, there are no duties or taxes for receiving your package.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. This is the most secure and fast (with online tracking) service available which is a 3-5 business day service. Then please allow time for the parcel to clear customs. Also be aware that with USPS Express Mail, all parcels are insured against damage, theft (which does occur sometimes with international parcels), etc. International orders will be charged an additional S&H fee as the S&H pricing on our website is for domestic USA shipping (approximately $20).
